How much will my skip cost?
Pricing will be dependant upon skip size, location and intended waste – our operators will be happy to give you a quote over the phone.

How soon can I have my skip?
Depending on workload, we would aim to get your skip to you by the next day, or possibly on the same day if ordered before midday.

How long can I keep my skip for?
You can retain your skip for a standard 7 days,
A nominal fee is charged for additional weeks.

What happens to my skip waste after it is collected?
We have our own waste transfer facility in Cassington, just outside Oxford. We recycle and recover on average about 90% of the material tipped in our Waste Transfer Station. Only the non-recyclable residue is taken to landfill.

How do I decide what skip size I need?
Please refer to the ‘our skips’ page which will give you information on tonnage, dimensions and suitability or call us on 01865 880559 for guidance.

How high can the skip be loaded?
Skips need to be level loaded – any oversized items may be removed to make safe the load. All of our skips are sheeted before removal.
                           
Can I put anything in my skip?
No, there are legal restrictions on the following items: asbestos, clinical/ medical waste, hazardous or toxic materials, liquids, plasterboard, batteries, food, fluorescent tubes, paint, tyres, televisions, monitors, fridges, freezers, gas bottles. We can arrange separate recovery of most items on application.

Can I put a skip on the road?
It is illegal to site a skip on the public highway, pavement or verge without a permit. We can arrange this for you on application. A permit takes approximately five working days to be authorised by the council.
