How much will my wheelie bin cost?
Pricing will be dependent on size, location and intended waste. We will carry out a free waste audit and site risk assessment which will enable us to quote as economically as possible for the type and amount of waste that you produce.

How do I decide what size I need?
The waste audit will help to determine the size required

I am under contract with another waste collection supplier, can you help?
We will help you with any paperwork necessary to terminate your agreement.

How frequently will my wheelie bin be emptied?
We empty bins weekly, or more frequently if required.

I want to reduce waste and improve recycling, how do I go about it?
M&M will give you a free waste audit and make recommendations on how to reduce and reuse waste, and recycle more. Smaller wheelie bins are available for specialist waste streams, ask for further details.

What happens to my waste after it is collected?
We have our own waste transfer facility in Cassington, just outside Oxford. We recycle and recover on average about 90% of the material tipped in our Waste Transfer Station. Only the non-recyclable residue is taken to landfill.

Can I put anything in my wheelie bin?
No. M&M Wheelie bin collections are for commercial and trade waste only, in accordance with the description agreed and given on the Controlled Waste Transfer Note. They are not for construction waste more suited to skip collections or hazardous waste.

There are legal restrictions on the following items: asbestos, clinical/ medical waste, hazardous or toxic materials, liquids, plasterboard, batteries, food, fluorescent tubes, paint, tyres, televisions, monitors, fridges, freezers, gas bottles. We can arrange separate recovery of most items on application.

Where do I put my wheelie bin?
The wheelie bin should not be on the public highway. On collection day the wheelie bin must be placed in a location suitable for servicing by 6.00am, unless otherwise arranged.

I need a ‘one off collection’ can you help?
M&M offers a special service for 'one off' events.

How many wheelie bins can I have?
As many as you want!
